Natural foods to prevent the onset of STROKE

My mother in law was recently ill and was given a dose of syndopa. It did not bring about much of a cure and the condition of incoherent speech, weakness, inability to remember words continued. I searched ONLINE and found out a list of natural medicines and it WORKED. She is now way better and able to speak clearly and remembers words too. we have not discontinued the medicines though. The natural foods are : A pinch of cinnamon in tea dark chocolate cod live oil capsules ginger and turmeric in foods All these foods prevent and help cure stroke. Vegetables like carrots is really good and so is fruits like pineapple and berries and grapes and even dried fruits.

This is really useful information. I am currently drinking turmeric tea for inflammation reasons, but to know it helps for this too is great.

yes, it really helps. practicing yoga mudras or finger yoga is also good in removing any sort of illness. it works

Sucking on a whole nutmeg is what my late mom used after she had her stroke. It seemed to help. Wish she had about the other stuff to prevent the stroke from even happening.
