How much water You required daily

How much water should you drink each day? It's a simple question with no easy answers. Studies have produced varying recommendations over the years, but in truth, your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live. Although no single formula fits everyone, knowing more about your body's need for fluids will help you estimate how much water to drink each day. Water is your body's principal chemical component and makes up about 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells, and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.

I take at least 6 liters of water everyday. I try to keep a bottle of drinking water with me every time or wherever I am. I know drinking water helps us digest food and it makes our skin glow and it helps us in purification of our inner system. I love to take plain water and avoid soft drinks or canned juices etc. What about you?

@utkarshan28 - If you do not feel thirsty then you could skip to take water. But even if you take some water, say half a glass of water, it will not do any harm to your body rather it will flush out the toxins from your body.

Water has all goodness to keep our body healthy. I try to drink lots of water but I cant as I like to drink water when I feel thirst. Drinking water without thirst I don't know is good or bad?

I read somewhere that you should drink as much water as you need. In a hot tropical country like ours, it is mandatory to drink at least 5 litres of water a day to stay hydrated. But it would change if we had lived in a cold country. Also depends on our diet and metabolism. I drink two 2 litre bottles of water everyday at least.
