Foods for Nausea Relief

There are actually some foods that can help relieve nausea. Peppermint, ginger, lemon, chilled foods (like a salad), salty crackers or pretzels, and chili peppers are a few of the foods that can help you if you are feeling a bit queasy. This is great for pregnant women and cancer patients who find themselves feeling nauseous often. My go to food when I am feeling nauseous is crackers. They seem to settle my stomach the quickest and really came in handy when I was pregnant. Have you tried any of these foods to relieve your nausea?

it is how we look for the different things we reach out and find other things to help deal with this alot of things can cause it i'm sure there are other things out there that works for different people if it works stick to it.

No relief for me except Gravol when I have nausea.
