Have you had wedding out of town that needs airfare?

I have seen a lot of wedding videos and photographs about wedding out of town in which I know they are not living on that town and that kind of town, resort, beach are commercialize place. I am wondering if how they were able to invite all the families, relatives and friends into another town that needs to have airfare? Where in fact there are some instances that if you are confirming invites there are some people who cannot make it for some reason. Who is usually spending for the airfare of the guests or how come they are still willing to spend for the airfare just to attend the occasion even if they are not that financially stable? I know some well off people who can make this though I am sure not all the people they invited are totally well off just to travel and attend the wedding. Unless there are some really well off couples who can manage to pay for both accommodations and airfare.
