I feel very yucky today

Last night once again my daughter was scared from nightmares so she slept in my bed. I was tired enough that wouldn't have kept me awake but my throat is so scratchy I kept having to swallow and swallow to wet it and it literally kept me awake all night. I woke up this morning feeling like my stomach was full of mucus and so dizzy and nauseated. I had a spoonful of unsweetened applesauce to help soothe my throat a little. After the kids went to school I laid back down and read for awhile and took a nap. My phone started going off around 11 with text messages and snapchats. My dad was also working on his fence across the street so it finally woke my butt up. I got up and did the dishes and here I am back at mylot. I would love to stay here for the rest of the day but I need to shower since I didn't get one last night and I need to head to town. Hopefully I will have time to be back on later tonight after I get caught up on some other sites.

I believe I recognize your profile image as a mylotter I knew years ago. Anyway there seems to be a stomach bug going around right now and I am thankful that my children and I have not caught that. What I have is a sinus thing. My throat is less scratchy but more sore if that makes sense. My eyes feel puffy. My stomach is less nauseated then it was and thats a relief. My nose feels like it has a little pressure in it. I know its a sinus issue because of the drainage in my throat that is making it sore.

@shaggin too much information Yes, I do remember you well. It does seems like a very long time ago. I think it was. Do know what you are feeling and it is not so much fun. The body fixes itself but we sure know when something is wrong as far as the bugs are concerned they want to take over. You know what they say get enough rest drink lots and you will get better. I've always found salty water the best for sore throats. Good days are coming, you will see.
