Here on this platform there are some who follow me.They are my followers. Again there are some who I follow.I am their follower. The question that keeps pinching me is,'Who is a follower? And whether it's the duty of a follower to read, like and comment on each and every discussion started by those who they follow? What exactly a follower is expected to do?

There is no 'duty' involved. You follow people because you like their discussions and are interested in their activity. It is up to you entirely whether you read, like and comment on their posts.

@else34 Your 'worries' are perfectly natural. There are so many things in a new website that we can feel nervous about - I know the feeling! You can be assured that this is a very friendly site and all of us are human (even if I sometimes seem to be an 'ullu' ), especially the Admin, @goaskalice.

@owlwings Tons of thanks,my friend. As I said,I was worried about increasing number of followers.I thought, the more followers, the more burden.Where from would I get time to read all their posts. Now I know,my worries were baseless. Thanks a lot again.

All a follower has to do is to sit back and relax. The leader will take the charge! No you don't need to entertain all my posts :)

@hora_fugit,then it's okay.Let me tell you I was 'worried.'Actually I want to do everything here honestly.Since I follow some members,I was so anxious as to how I can discharge my 'duties' as a follower towards them. Thanks for relieving me of my burden.
