Hi Mylot friends, I have invested several thousands of rupees in Primary Issue of Shares, but the matter is related to 20 years back. It is a boom time for small investors like me the companies are offering percent of shares to public through Primary issue of shores, at that time if the company receives more applications from the public than the amount what they are issuing. The company decides to allot some same shares to small investors, in that time I have earned thousands of rupees in selling shares which were allotted to me in Primary Issues. Still I have share certificates worth of thousands which are neither trading in the market does they have any market value.

One of the rules of investment is never to invest in primary offering of shares. The share price will fall, and some companies are frankly not good at all. It is better to invest in a company that has been listed for a number of years.

I have no shares at the moment, but hope too one day. I don't know much about it to be honest.
