Do you dream often?

Every time I have a dream. I always write it on my journal. I love to have dreams. Unfortunately, even I am trying to have dreams every night. It doesn't happen. I can control my dreams if I have a lucid dream, it means I am conscious when I am dreaming. 3 days ago, I was aware I was dreaming that's why I ate chocolate mousse without paying it.

I rarely dream but I don't sleep many hours either. I wonder if the two are connected. When I do they don't seem to make any sense.

I dream often. Not necessary that dreams have to be good all the time. Some dreams are based on my current life. some are based on the past life. And most of the time the dreams are going to be based my expected reaction. I try to sleep with good thoughts before sleep. And this does help me for the future actions too.

I'm a day dreamer. I dream anytime and sometimes it looks like so real

I actually only dream sometimes. Though that is not nessesarily a bad thing. I like to dream honestly but only if it is going to be a good dream.

@flippish2014,I can't say either 'yes' or 'no.'When I get up in the morning,I can't remember whether I had had any dream at the previous night.Everything gets blurred in my mind.

The first means of control I got for my lucid dreams was the ability to 'change the channel' if something is happening that I don't like, I just go to a new dream. I used to have horrible nightmares, now I can just switch to a new dream if it looks like it will be bad. The second control feature I got this year is the ability to alter the reality of the dream with a wave of my hand. So far I have used it to reverse time, reconstruct something that was horribly broken, and auto-complete tests (that dreaded test dream that you never can solve, I got a 100 on it from just waving my hand). It's a fairly useful ability.
