I eat sweet foods, drink coffee, and watch movie. After I do one of those things. I can think clearly, it helps me to be calmer and logical again. How about you?

Drinking coffee and watching a movie are methods I use to diminish my stress level too. In addition to them I listen to music, take a walk in the park of my town and spend some them on a bench away from the noise of the crowd or I simply lie in a bed for about half an hour if time allows me to do it, and try to get all the stress and anger out of my mind. I am tempted to try some meditation or yoga techniques in the future and see if they give better results by helping me eliminate the stress faster.

I try to listen to sounds that makes my mind relaxed. And this way I can get a lot of stress out of my head. This also makes life much better in terms of health. You may notice that there is sudden change when you try to attempt that. You can also do meditation every day and get yourself back on track. This helps in managing health slowly.

Music, music always keeps my nerves calm. There's something about a good tune which causes me to kick back and relax. Also, taking a nice relaxing bubble bath can be good. Shower works in a pinch, but if I want to really relax and calm my nerves, a bubble bath allows me to relax. Also, you can't really be writing. For as long as I can remember, I wrote something. From writing my thoughts down with a pen and paper, to writing on the Internet. Even if I write something where I vent about my problems for my own private viewing, it feels good to get the stress off my chest. Anything to relieve stress helps, and writing helps the most.
