'Offers' - a waste of time?

Since I just spotted 'Offers' I had to check it out. I wasn't really sure what that was all about. Now I know, it is/was a waste of time. There were over 100 of them and not one interested me. I guess I don't get the purpose of having 'offers'. Maybe some of you who have been around a while can fill me in, thanks.

If it's free to do or a money maker, then you can do them. You just have to learn how to do them.

@AbbyGreenhill I do them to make money on other sites. They don't have to interest me (but it's a plus if they do).
