Most people will agree that properties, land, vehicles, money, gold and crude oil are the things considered to be the valuable things. The last two will vanish after some time. In my opinion, good natural resources, forests, fields and good weather best fit the word. Man is fundamentally a farmer and if agriculture is not there we cannot live. I do not try to belittle the achievements in the field of science and technology and the big businesses of the world, but all may come to an end if nature turns against us. Improbable thing, but the topmost companies, nations and similar rich entities must take initiative to protect the environment and try to contribute to noble causes.

Greetings, Ranjith!
Wealth? Wealth is the amount of natural resources, I believe. Those natural resources that are vanishing, hahaha. We'll have to look for other sources after those expire, and the new sources will become the new wealth.
I don't think good weather could be considered wealth. Actually, I don't even believe that the weather is good. It is simply suitable for life. Be it in the winter or in the summer, we humans make the most to adapt our culture to it - and turn them into something "good".
I'm interested to seeing other responses! Interesting discussion!
Regards!
