I think walking seems to be the only way to lose some fat. I have tried other methods but they dont work for all the time.. You can also try warm water and honey every morning and that also reduces your weight. It takes around 1 month or higher for that to work. I do however try walking instead of other stuff.

Yes. There is no better way than exercise and following a healthy diet to lose excess fat. But because it is a slow process, people lose heart before they lose the fat.

The easiest way to lose fat is to cut out on sugars and carbohydrates. Try it for a week without cheating and I can guarantee you you will lose 2 kilograms. Of course, doing this while sitting will not do anything good so a very little exercise will help a lot. From what I said sugars, includes fruits like ripe mango, banana and such. Try it, it works and it is also inexpensive way without losing your breath :)

During summer I play tennis regularly to keep my 50-plus-year-old body fit.. Now that it is cold in our place, I could no longer play tennis outdoors with my friends; so, I do push ups and other form of exercises to maintain my normal weight of 130 lbs. I am a vegan . . but still eat fish and crustaceans. That is how I melt my excess fats away.
