Wisdom of a child

A few years ago when our grandson Nathan was about three or four, he and I were on our (almost) daily trip to Walmart. He was a premie so could still ride in the grocery cart. While we were waiting in line, Nathan asked would it be okay to ask the young man who was ringing up the sale, if he knew Jesus. I thought for a minute and said, "Sure, why not?" So when we got to the register, Nathan asked the fella if he knew Jesus and was told, he certainly did! They talked for a minute, then Nathan said, "Some people know about Jesus, but they don't love Jesus." Wow. Words of wisdom from a little follower of Jesus Christ.

He grasped what so many adults don't grasp - the difference is relationship. What we know in our heads is infinitely less important than what we know in our hearts.

You're right. A lot of people believe there's a God, but don't believe with their hearts and souls.
