I think selling during the market down is not good thing. this is the time you should buuy the shares of the promising companies. for example pharma and the IT or the real estate makes good money once recovered. i think you can se that such market changes are going to be good if we worked on small shaares. they do give good returns.

Actually I have just started investing just this month and I'm doing this for my retirement. I'm still learning, but I have a good guide on this matter. ;)

Yeah, I heard a lot of that idea. I'm just careful in buying.. I don't want to "accidentally" buy from companies that might not be able to recover.
