What time during the day do usually feel exhausted?

I work night shift so I usually feel exhaust most of the time. The most exhausting time would be going home at dawn. How about you guys?

I mostly feel exhausted in the afternoon and sometimes i just want to lie down and do nothing at all

@joygracia More so when it is hot and you have just taken a meal. One cannot help but sleep lol

@Missmwngi I absolutely can relate to that. Our weather is kinda hot and I tend to dose off in our air-conditioned office like most of the time.

I'm working night shift so at 3 pm, I'm always at sleep. I remembered when I was assigned at day time I usually doze off every 3 pm at work.

@joygracia,same as you.I feel all alone and completely exhausted during night.When everyone sitting near me goes to their bed and I am left alone,I feel all alone in the world,completely fed up and exhausted.It's the time when my books come to my help.I get myself absorbed in my books and keep reading until I begin feel sleepy.

I guess most of the time. I tend to be like that nowadays now that I have 2 jobs.
