Well, now that I live in a town with the name Broken in it, people seem to think that is why I am Brokentia. However, my heart was broken pretty badly 10 years ago and that was when I created Brokentia. I have had it ever since.

hahahahahahahaha Your very right Zukepr! hehe The broken would be referring to my butt now. :)
I am not spanish and I go by Tia because my nephew could not say Teresa. So he would chase me around the house saying Tia Tia Tia Tia. Then my sister and mother started calling me Tia. Then the rest of the family and friends. It just kinda snowballed and now I am Tia. :) But yes, I let my nephew call me Tia because it fit me being his Aunt. :) I had no clue that I would still be called Tia come 13 years later. ha ha

it goes for my name that they used to call me here at home. But next time I would somehow make my nick more like something that doesn't have my name in it and be mysterious.

My username moumitamazumder, is my actual name Moumita Mazumder, which I write here together. Mazumder is just the surname, and definitely bears a meaning, but is not the actual point of discusion here. Moumita means mustard flower, in my regional language Bengali.
