To be angry is just like throughing a match stick upon our own home. What do you think?

To be angry is just like throwing fire upon our won house. It will fire our home first and then the remaining. In the same way, the anger furst destroys us, mentally and also physically. And then the people around us. Anger is the first enemy of any person. So we should learn to control anger.

I really agree with you on this. I experienced it myself all the time, I will quarrel with my mother and when I go out my temper is very hot, I can't be happy. So now I learn to tolerate her and understand her more.

Anger is a necessary emotion, but easily confused with violence. We should be angered by injustice and cruelty but not allow our anger to make us violent, cruel and injust too

anger against injustice and cruelty is in fact not an anger. But action. This is just a confusion.

@Ranuka action is often controlled anger. Even Gandhi felt anger in his passive - non-violent protest stance against British Imperial control of India.
