Every one know, Anger is the first enemy and it will destroy the person. But still he is unable to control it. This is the weakness of humanity. Most of the people feel, we should suppress the anger feelings, when it comes. But in my view, it is completely wrong. The more we suppress it, the more it will try to come out with force. I request all members to give a better solution for it.

My cupboard doors know I don't suppress. They are old wooden doors and can be left open so you are able to walk into them. It really hurts.

@Ranuka They are not broken. That is the way they work, not a joke, very seriously a hazard like my one loose step heading down to the basement. - the step is broken

Do you intend to say that we should come out with our anger rather than suppressing it? You have a valid point but we must decide how we are going to show our anger. It is not necessary that we have to shout to express our anger. When we are angry we could leave the scene and could go for a brief walk. We could count 1 to 50 to control our anger. We could tell ourselves that expressing our anger could be harmful for our health and it could precipitate the situation.

Deep breathing helps control emotions. I read in a book I think Taipan, that the chinese have a shrieking tree. Whenever you are angry, just go and shout at the tree! I don't know if they do it still, but I think it's an excellent idea!

I don't know. Recently I got a fight with my brother. I almost punched him on his face. After, I regret fighting back with him it's so pointless.
