I tend to be really forgiving and with the people who don't really deserve it. how could I change that? because every time I had to suffer because of people who took advantage of that

It's good to be forgiving. Maybe you need to work on not trusting people who have taken advantage of you.

yes indeed that might be an issue. I tend to get naif sometimes
