I woke up around the usual time today and went to cook some food for me and the family. It was just a simple steak and rice type thing. The steak was thinly sliced so that I could eat it in a shell with cheese, green sauce and squeezes of lime. I wanted some rice water and so poured myself some milk and went to reach for the powdered rice mix I have in the fridge. Well my hand came back with the salsa verde. All was well and fine because I needed that too, but I'm glad I didn't pour it in my milk. I guess it was just a case of me thinking ahead and my body responding to it. Green Sauce and Milk doesn't sound too appetizing, what do you think?
