I enjoy repurposing and painting or decorating jars. When you are through decorating you can add a ribbon and note card and fill them with candles, incense, flowers, bubble bath, bath oils food, buttons, candy, beads, just about anything.They are great spur of the moment gifts for friends and family. Do you have a special idea for filling them you would like to share?

These are nice gift ideas! It looks so pretty and feminine. I like the one on the left better, though :)

well now, aint those jest cute? wish ya lived closer coz i'm 'xperiencin' a jar o'erload - there's no place within 250 miles that recycles 'em 'n i detest the thought'f 'em goin' to the landfill. what a great idea! i've done the jars with dry ingredients fer makin' diff'rent baked goods 'n such with a card toutin' the recipe quite oft'n the past.
