SAVING UP ZERO

I always attempt to save up for myself, I can do it and been doing a job well done but I can not sustain it and always end up spending the money I have already saved. I don't what to do! What is the best way to save money effectively?

If you are spending what you save perhaps you can't afford to save that much. Maybe you can start with a smaller amount that you won't need to touch

it does make sense to put away just a small amount this way you don't have to worry about spending money you can just put it away or into a account not touch it

You have to lock up the money in a place where it is hard to take out and spend. You can open a saving account with a separate bank, and let your mother keeps the saving account book. In this case, you cannot spend it. Do not apply for ATM for this saving account.

Before you will spend your saved money, you should think and imagine if by next hour day "what if" there is an emergency that if you do not spend that money could save your loved ones life.

i tried to do a iron box and saved lots of money , each month you put 10% of your money in there and forget it , other ways to save is , never buy thing you dont really need,
