The Chant Royal is a form of poetry that normally has five eleven line stanzas. I am feeling so darn worn out from trying to get over this bug completely that I decided to do one stanza with the Chant Royal rhyme scheme: which is a-b-a-b-c-c-d-c-d-e. Each line has "around" ten syllables.

There are times when we feel at our weakest
And then the Lord calls gently from above;
"My child, remember that what thou seekest
has been granted already with My love. "
So, as I travel down this road of life
I will surely run into lots of strife
But I must remember, that through the discord
No matter how hard the trial seems
I am bound to Jesus by love's strong cord
And He's the best Person to have on my team.
