"Off the Hook"

That's what my brother says when Mom and I don't have to watch my nephew Frankie--and evidently we're not today. Mom came in to "remind me" that my brother called last night to say that he wasn't bringing Frankie because he (my brother) wasn't working tomorrow. While I know Mom got a phone call last night while we were watching TV, I don't recall her telling me who it was from or what it was about. While I'll miss having Frankie, I'm kind of glad that he's not coming today only because of my lack of sleep last night. Mom and I still have errands to run, but this means that I'll get more writing done today. :)
