Winter Gone For Ever

Diwali, one of the greatest festivals of us Hindus, is round the corner. There was a time when we would begin feeling cold from Deewali.Of course,we would not switch off fans and coolers, but could feel winter approaching near. It was the time when our hometown was surrounded with large paddy fields and jungles. Now all those fields and jungles are gone leaving their place for aluminium plants and various other small and big industries. Winter too is gone and, perhaps, for ever. Now we have to keep fans moving even in December and January. I can't tell you how much we miss winter.Does winter come in your area?
