Yesterday I was feeling lazy and depressed due to lack of sleep. So I decided to take a break from Mylot. After responding to a few discussions I switched off my pc and left.
At night while lying on my bed I thought whether we actually need breaks from a site like Mylot.Mylot is for interaction and interaction is fun.We make fun when we take a break from our monotonous daily schedule. But in Mylot all we do is fun.Do we actually need to take breaks from Mylot.Does fun become monotonous sometimes?

I need to take breaks sometimes jai as it gets too much even if it is fun we are having.
You needed the rest from it for sure.
Too much computer time can make us ill I believe.
The human body is not made for sitting in front of a screen 24/7.
Glad you are back take care

if something isnt fun, it's work, and when it is work and not my ACTUAL job I tend to wander away for awhile

@Jessicalynnt,And what if work becomes fun? Then miracles take place. However Mylot is not our work. Moreover we can't enjoy unreal, online fun for too long.A time comes when you want to enjoy real life. It's also necessary for physical fitness.

Break is required to attend to our daily chores.

@amnabas,I know, routine household chores are monotonous.Although I am a male, but I have seen my mom getting tired.Fed up from daily chores we resort to Mylot and interact here, but everything has a limit.A time comes when we begin looking for something else offline.

I think we need to take breaks, so that we have something to write about. If we don't experience life, there's not much to post about.

@NeldaHoxie,Absolutely right. We can't live in this unreal, online world for too long.Facing real life is essential to live in true senses of the term. Our priority is our offline line and offline work.I agree with you.
