I meant to eat fruits today, but I did not have the determination to see through the intention.
Although I ate more fruits than usual, because my fridge is full of different types of fruits, I still take in bread, chocolate, and noodle.
I think that does not have the kind of cleansing effect I want.
Perhaps I will try fruit cleansing next week. Hope I will get through the day with just fruits and juice.

Seems like there's a big hype about detox fruit juice lately.
I haven't tried it for cleansing, but I do love to include carrot juice in my diet.

City people are always like this.
They keep on chasing all kinds of dieting methods and hope that they will slim down without putting in much effort.
There will always be people who swear with this or that method, and detox fruit seems to be one of the all time favorites.
I just do not have enough determination to see it through.

My parents and I have tried experimenting on different juices extract using a juicer. We mixed a lot of fruits and vegetable at that time and unfortunately it turned out really bitter.

I think you add in the skin of some citrus fruits.
The skin of oranges, lemon, and other fruits are terribly bitter.
You are better off using mango, payaya, banana, and then add in some water and yogurt or milk.
It will be great tasting, and quite filling.
