Green beans and meat - so simple, but so good!

My daughter decided to cook dinner tonight. We had some ground beef and plenty of green beans (she prefers French style) and tomato sauce. But, we didn't have any potatoes. We usually have fried potatoes with this, so we just ate it with tortillas we warmed up over the burner.
It's so simple yet so tasty - great "gotta have something made in 20 minutes - what will it be" food. Just ground beef browned, green beans (with the juice) and tomato sauce. How much will depend on how much meat, how many people, etc. Season to taste. We use salt, pepper and garlic powder. But, you can use onion powder or even diced onions. I'd rather just use the dried powder.
As simple as this is, we haven't had it for probably a year now. It tasted pretty darned good.
Do you have anything super simple you like to make that tastes really good?

I am not big on ground beef, but I do have lots of fast and easy chicken recipes. Are you in South Jersey? We are originally from Central Jersey transplanted in TN.

Yes, I am a South Jersey girl. I currently live right across from South Philly, but grew up in rural Gloucester County. Just drove a friend to Hamilton today to catch the train to Newark airport. I have friends in Knoxville as well as a former classmate who lives in Morrisville. Where did you move in TN? Have you thought of sharing your chicken recipes? I love fast and easy. As long as they are discussions and not just ingredients and method, you can share them here.

@AbbyGreenhill I might - if it's halfway between Knoxville and Bristol, I do. I love the area down there, but I'm not a fan of heat and humidity and they have more of it than we do up here. Cades Cove, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are great! My friend is from Marysville, but lives in Knoxville now. I met her through work when she was my customer contact at the Univ of Tenn Hodges library.
