I also find myself sleeping sometimes in the afternoon when i can spare some minutes. Sometimes i am too sleepy and i cannot help but take a nap

At times while sitting in my chair I just drift off in the afternoon.

@sniroshanw,I can't even dream of sleeping in the daytime.It's my duty time.Even on weekends I have to do a lot of works that are left during the rest five days of the week.

I sometimes take a nap in the daytime but get my undisturbed sleep at night.

If that's possible its cool buddy... Really one full day in bed ... So nice.. If its raining outside and if there is a cool natural breeze it would be even better...
