When I woke up this morning I kicked the cat out of my bed, stepped on the dog’s tail, and dumped over the dog’s water bowl on my way into the kitchen to make coffee. Before I could wipe the sleep out of my eyes and focus on the morning my cat was at my feet begging for his food. The dog decided to run around the yard chasing the big dog and his adventures ended with one very large dog and a small one sliding through the kitchen on the tile floor. They landed by the stove crashing into each other. Joking ……….. But have you ever had morning like this that getting out of bed seemed like a good idea at the time but ended like this. The day seemed to continue on and no matter what you did – it just wasn’t right. Just to let you know my morning didn’t start off like this because I wasn’t woken at 5 AM from the rooster crowing and I was able to sleep till 6 AM when the sun finally peeked into my room. Seems the rooster escaped out of his cage yesterday morning and has gone to find a new home and someone else to wake up at 5 in the morning. How did your day start?
