Delta to the Rescue

Two years ago we installed a Delta Kitchen Faucet and a Soap Dispenser. A few weeks ago the soap dispenser began to give me problems. Some times I had to pump it a dozen times just to get a little soap. Then it just quit totally. I called Delta and gave them the product name and number and today I received my 'free' replacement soap dispenser and it works perfectly! Thanks Delta for standing behind your products. All the faucets in this house are all Delta products.

Sounds like you'll stick with Delta products for a very long time. I love it when companies provide great after-sales service, I think that's the best way to retain customers.

it's nice when the company keeps up with older models, and doesn't just not carry it anymore to try and force you into buying new stuff right and left

'tis a rare thingy these days to've companies do such. glad to hear they were quick to tend to yer troubles 'n most refreshin' to know that delta still stands 'hind their products.

Good for you. It pays to invest in a little bit higher quality product because they stand behind their name and send you parts to fix them when broken.
