Three more months and my baby's out. I am so excited and bothered about a lot of things at the same time. I'm afraid I might have eaten something bad that may harm my baby. I was not health conscious, I eat and drink whatever I want. I was more into satisfying my cravings until I discovered my pregnancy. I slipped on the floor while doing some household chores. What if it caused defect on my baby? Oftentimes, I feel stressed. I became uncontrollably sensitive. I might've hurt and affect my baby negatively. I'm afraid that I may have premature birth. It happened to my older sister twice. What if it's in our family? I'm afraid that labor will be tough or painful. Also what if complications happen? Need to share this or I will soon explode.

since you have 3 more months to go then start being conscious of what you eat and drink, forget about the past 6 months. find and listen to soothing/relaxing/calming music when needed. if you have any concerns about 'defects' ask your doctor.

I think you worry too much. If babies get so hurt so easily, there will not be so many of us here on Earth. I think you have to learn to eat healthy for the sake of your kid, and you have to learn to encourage your baby to eat good food from young. That is only possible when you set good example.

You should relax and just take it easy and eat right. Do not worry about things that you can not control.

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Being happy does more good to your happy than being anxious. Trust God to protect you from evil.

Sigh* yeah . my Doctor will probably tellme if there's something wrong. But still I can't help to worry. What if it's something that cannot be detected? Is that possible?
