Why Would Target Sell Pens that Look Like Syringes?

This has got to be the stupidest product idea in ages. They just showed the pens on the morning news. They really did look realistic. With all the problems with kids and drugs and opiate overdoses. Parents are also afraid that little kids might pick up real syringes in parks and other spaces because they now think they are cool pens or toys. I think this is a very bad idea. Do you?

Yes, it sounds like a really stupid idea. Even if the kids know that it is a pen, and not a syringe, the sharp edge will hurt the kids when they use it to fight with each other. I think a pen should look like a pen, so nobody can mistaken the usage of it. The shape of a pen has not changed for so many years, why should it change now when the old shape looks much better!

I think that so many people are so upset that they will have to stop selling it.

These have been sold for years. Used to see them all the time, nurses in hospitals had them to write with.

That is the most moronic stupidist idea I have heard yet. This will cause more trouble as they are sharp and kids could accidentally hurt themselves or one other too if they then see real syringes lying on the streets somewhere they might pick them up thinkingg that they are tjose stupid pens.Surely peole will bebel and they will take them off the s helves

That really is a bad idea. We do not need a kid thinking a syringe is a toy.
