The skill of impressing job interviewers

Some people are just so good at getting jobs, and they can attend 4 interviews within a week, and get all the job offers. Actually getting a job is easy if you know how to impress the job interviewers. One of the most important rules is to show enthusiasm, especially for your last job. Never talk bad about anyone, even if they are nasty people. Even if your ex-boss and colleagues back stab you, and make life a living hell for you, you must tell the prospective employer that you like your boss and colleagues for their "dedication to work" etc. You must say that you have a cordial work relation with them. If asked the real reason for leaving, you can say that you do not like certain aspect of the job, or that the ex company is not doing well financially (which is true in many cases), and you fear that they will cut headcount soon. Whatever it is, always praise your ex-boss and colleagues, and throw in words such as "great teamwork" "very professional in their work" etc.
