I am an almost 30 year old woman who grew up in the 90's and 1 of my favorite shows was "Boy Meets World." I got ecstatic when I heard the news of it's sequel "Girl Meets World." I have watched it when I can and while it will never live up to it's predecessor, I still enjoy it and love the little flashbacks and the old characters of "Boy Meets World." I know it may seem a bit childish considering the story lines can be a bit corny and it's on the Disney Channel, but I also feel there is nothing wrong with having a bit of kid inside you and never losing that. It still teaches life lessons and is a good-hearted wholesome show.

Childish? Um... shoot. I guess I need to go break the news to all of my friends who blow up my Facebook feed with posts about GMW. Who cares that it's on the Disney Channel? Good family programs are written so they appeal to a wide variety of demographics, not just kids. I'll gladly admit that some of my favorite things to watch on Netflix are My Little Pony and other kid's shows like Sofia the First. I didn't care for Frozen, but there are a lot of awesome Disney movies out there. I feel sorry for anyone who's left that childhood magic behind and doesn't appreciate those things as an adult.

I'm hoping to get my son into Disney. I still have all my movies when I was a kid and they are fun and teach good lessons for me most part.

@DanieGirl80587 I have all of mine, too. The only problem is they're all on VHS and take up tons of room!
