People going health way

            Of late i have realize people especially ladies have started exercising. They are so determined to get rid of those tummies and extra fats. I am loving it and it means most people are willing to go healthy way.
There is even a Facebook page where people are encouraging each other and it is amazing how things are working there.
Are you living healthy?

                    Discovered an app that came pre-installed on my new phone, it counts steps and you can keep track of what you eat. Since stumbling across it I have lost 18 pounds!

                            @Missmwngi It was on a Samsung, apparently it now comes installed on most Samsungs. The app is called SHealth. I have found myself paying closer attention to what I eat and I have been walking more due to trying to achieve the daily step goal.

                    I try my best to live healthy. I like exercising but I think I would need to change my diet if I really want to live healthy.

                            That makes the two of us. I also need to do something to my diet. I am lucky my body does not respond much to what i eat

                    After reading your post maybe I have to be healthy as always. Anyway, I did it sometimes but sometimes I am tired and lazy to exercise and be healthy hahaha.

                            It is not easy to maintain the pace. You are doing it today but tomorrow you just don't feel like it. You are not alone. I also do that now and then

                    I don't live as healthy as I should, but since the past summer I have started trying to eat healthy and I work out almost everyday.
