The Moon and "The Law Of Abundance"- Superstition or a Lucky Charm

The Law of Abundance....New Moon or Full Moon?

It first came up in a stuffy government office which is a very unlikely place indeed. Somehow my co worker and I were babbling with a clerk and mentioned going to the casino. She looked up after ignoring our legitimate need to be there and suddenly was quite receptive...and friendly. She asked if we had heard of "The Law of Abundance" and the moon check phenomenon. Only in California, I thought to myself. The clerk regaled us with a "method" to have good luck, monetary gains and all sorts of wonderful occurrences. Essentially she said take a check write it out to your own name on the new moon each month. Where the amounts go, put "paid in full" and sign it (not your own name ) with "The Law of Abundance". We listened patiently and then she processed our paperwork and left. Truth is, I forgot about it till the co worker mentioned it and we both tried it. We have both done it from time to time and we actually did win on some of our gambling outings. I do not know how well known this idea is or where it originated. Seems there are a quite a few who steadfastly follow this. Have you ever heard of the "Law of Abundance" or "New moon checks"? Better yet, if you have and tried it, what results have you seen?

@hereandthere Actually I did not write a number on the check. I made it out to me and where the amount goes I wrote "paid in full" and also where you write out the full amount I wrote "paid in full" as the woman instructed us. I won a few thousand the first time I wrote the check (it was within 48 hours of writing it) and have had luck on the new moon since.

@desertdawg it's effective then, but i don't have a checkbook and don't go to casinos either. could it be adapted for betting in the lottery, or buying scratch tickets?

@hereandthere You don't need a checkbook. You can make your own on any sheet of paper..I then put it in my wallet. If you want something more formal, search online for moon checks and the law of abundance. People have them you can print out. According to the loyal followers they say you will have abundance in all aspects of your life. Good luck...beautiful moon out tonight!

haha, it does sound like some of the things that gamblers in my country do before they go to the casino. While the fact is that ultimately the casinos win, there is no doubt that on any given day, there are some big winners.
