Guide me Please !

I am going through a problem and don't know how to get out of this situation... Can you please help me!
One of my colleague is though a very good friend of mine has a lot ego she every time praises about hers work and keep on appreciating herself. And sometimes try to give me suggestions that some time are so negative that I really do not appreciate in even listening to those. Since I am in a corporate my seats are fixed and I am really not able to find a solution, such words spoil my mood and I am daily facing this problem and I am even not able to concentrate on my work. Guide me please!

You need to learn how to handle her. Did you say she is your friend? well how about coming clean with her. Tell her point blank

Yes She is.... That why I am not able to handle it in a much better way. Because I am not able to tell her what exactly I am facing else it can affect our relationship.

Dont even worry. Just give a quatation to kill her to dabji in mumbai. He will do your job. Tell mine name and he will give you some discounts
