without any training how to be professional

a friend tell me that she join in a new company as a sale man,but without any company's training .how could she do?
in fact ,i couldn't give her useful suggestions , at this point, she need to study by herself.
will you join in a company without training?

maybe it's a scam or illegal company. You should check it out first. Or maybe she has a knowledge of the product that they are selling so no need of training. I was hired by such a company before however, I was with the supervisor and was in to observe seems like that was my training.

she say it is a small private company,not illegal.her boss are the top sell for more than 15 years. but she doesn't good at training new employee.
as a matter of fact ,my friend told me that the reason why she want to stay in that company just because her nice boss.

I would give it trial. It can be a good challenge and a big smile coming out as a winner. So let her train herself and i am sure she can do it

I didnt heard of any job woithout training. If you need some, then join some of the writing. There you have no need to worry about anything.
