HIV/AIDS pills used to brew alcohol;so sickening

I don't know who to blame here,Poverty, the brewer,the alcoholic or the HIV positive person.
Apparently the pills are said to brew very strong alcohol that makes the alcoholic get drunk faster. The HIV positive people get the pills for free from the hospitals and since they need to make a living they don't mind selling some of them to those who brew alcohol. They are added to the alcohol and once it has fermented it sells real quick because the consumers love it. This is happening in some slums here and i wonder where we are headed.
What is your view on this?

@boiboing Very very terrible. If you think of it and the effects it is carrying along,it is just unimaginable

@Missmwngi I'm thinking much more of the people who need the medication but are not taking it because they need the money even more. Now that's truly sad.

@boiboing Sure and when asked they said situation is forcing them to do so because as much as they need the medication so do the food to go along with the pills.

Oh no Margaret...wow that is awful! So sad to make the situation and poor people worse.
