Try relaxation exercises with deep-breathing. It takes a lot of practice, but it will really help you clear your head and head for very nice relaxing sleep!

@lady1993 You relaxation music with it, as well. There are so many apps for this now. Even the cable has a relaxation music channel

I read a book to help me sleep. I don't drink milk as i have gastric problems and it bothers my stomach. Hope you can find something to help you sleep faster and better.

Do you take calcium every day? If not, there might be a lack of calcium in your body, and that may cause you to suffer from insomnia. You can take melantonin too.

my tip is don't sleep. sleep is dangerous. don't you know the demon lord belzoneff can't hurt you while you're awake. so you're doing it right. stay awake. glue them peepers open and fight the good fight.

I generally try to tire my eyes reading or watching T V. When I feel my eyes getting heavy with sleep, I close it and I am usually asleep within a few minutes.

There will be various of reasons to keep you awake. Is the temperature too hot? Did you just do some exerciting exercises? Do you have something that is bothering you? Did you have the coffee or tea before going to bed? If you know the reason, it will be helpful for you to fall asleep soon.

I think melatonin as well as spirulina and shatavari herbals can help with sleeping problems. It's what I use when I can't sleep. You might try switching to a sleepy time tea instead of milk

Perhaps you sleep during the day for short while, if you do that is enough to spoil your sleep at night. Or you may go to bed too early or too late. One thing you must never do is to think about what you are going to discuss the following day on myLot - that is bound to keep you awake for the rest of the night!

You lack of some vitamins and minerals in your body. I was like that before but when I started taking a food supplements called C24/7, my sleep till now is very fine. I take the food supplements two every morning before I take anything for a two years and till now, almost 5 yearas past. I can sleep well once my eyes is close.

wiLLmaH , I just turn on the TV to watch it and it puts me right off to sleep. My TV stays on all night. If it should go off during the night, I will wake right up. I gotta have that TV.
