I am really in a dilemma about going 100% vegan. Do you think people eating vegan diets are more healthy, are more immune to diseases than people who are carnivore?
It is my obervation that vegan people are more sattvic than non-veg eating

Much depends on the balance of what people eat. Some of the healthiest people I know eat a lot of animal protein but they are careful about what they eat. Vegan diets do have a tendency to be too high in carbohydrates and simple sugars and not high enough in the proteins and fats that keep our brains going.

I do agree with that, also depend on the geography, if the place is too cold through out the year then it is a must to eat some animal to survive in freezing cold.

Why don't you try it & find out? It's really the only way you're ever going to prove it to yourself. You can read as many stories as you wish, but you can still prove each one of them wrong for yourself.
