What will you and your spouse do when your kids move out of the house?

My kids are still young, only three and seven. I often think about what me and my hubby will do when they are old enough to be on their own.
I am thinking of moving to a smaller home and taking time off to drive across the country and travel.
What are your dreams for your empty nest years?
