Yes for me they do. When family crisis pile up and seem to come in groups it takes a huge tole on my health and well being. Stressful anymore at 66. With my own problems. It tends to keep me from coming to Mylot or other forums and even to Facebook or looking at emails. Does this happen to you at times?

if we allow the online activities to invade our "reality" then we'll become consumed with stress. We have to transform our minds.

In fact it is the other way around. Online activities put a damper on our real life activities

I don't know sometimes computer seem so integrated with my life. It can be the opposite as far as stress is concerned but if something demands my attention then need to be gone.

I think so. some of the time family and money paying comes at the front. and this in turn makes spending time on online jobs or even social network harder.
