I think, the arrogance is a condition in which a person feels great and prides itself primarily in terms of heredity, money and wealth. People with arrogance tends to difficult to accept the truth and hate take reminder from others.

Not only heredity, money and wealth, arrogant people feel overconfident and above others in every thing that exists in front of them. Mainly they like to be the only right one. And frighteningly persistent.

Yes, you are right, an arrogant people is difficult to make a deal with others because she/he only thought his/her own goal and never will thought what other people goal.

I prefer being with humble people. Arrogance is a call for recognition, but a very negative behaviour.
