The debate is over. The media was blasted. The candidates squabbled. It was much to do about nothing. The GOP is offering a sorry lot for their Presidential candidates. The country needs much better than what the GOP has to offer.

I got bored a half hour into it. They are just a bunch of name calling hypocrites. I don't even care who gets the nomination. My state always goes blue anyway.

This got to be the most colorful "running for the nomination" ever.

It seems the GOP is entering another one of those periods of regression. They fell by the wayside previously but always picked themselves back up. America needs more than one party, otherwise it would be like a dictatorship. The Green Party is coming on strong but still hasn't got to the point of offering a candidate who realistically stands a good chance. That leaves only 2 parties. The GOP has to stand for better or worse. But they are going to be hard pressed to overcome the wave of emotion aimed at achieving the first woman president of the USA. Probably their best bet is to put up their Number One lady candidate. Eisenhowers and Reagans only come along once in a while. They just aren't there for the GOP this time around.
