A Nice Beginning

Years ago I wrote on MyLot. I left it until a few days ago. I'm back and eager to make new connections and friends. Things have changed since I left. I promise to engage in many issues and subjects. I look forward to reading about a variety of subjects. That said, I'm up in the middle of the night. Well, back to bed. Catch you again.

A social website is essentially one in which people can have a feeling of helping one another, if only by commiserating, acknowledging, or otherwise showing appreciation.
Happiness is a welcome sight. People who leave and then return come back as slightly different people because no one really remains the same, not even from day to day.
When you return to a place, even a website, you should be able to sense the changes that have taken place in you since the last time you were there.
This makes repeating an activity after a break an adventure even though you did the same activity, or wrote on the same website, previously. Life's an adventure because there are new things always happening, new posts on which to comment, and new people to encounter, ponder, and respond to.
