A couple of pounds lighter! The sugar in my blood will stay where it should.

Leticia and I are into dieting with all our might. My friend Alejandra sent me a diet given by a doctor. She has diabetes so she has special needs. Leticia also has diabetes and I have prediabetes. So we decided that we were going to behave. Today I had grilled chicken thighs with sauteed veggies for me and that plus a bit of leftover rice for Leticia. There was also a wonderful kale cream with leeks and skimmed milk. I topped it with just a tiny bit of grated cheese. Yummy!

I hate diets, I do not like to have people telling me what to eat. I prefer cutting down on servings and move my body more. And it works. I just did 2 sessions of 30 minutes each of walking again.

That's great that you've already lost a couple of pounds. I think it must be easier if you have someone to diet with.

Most diets for diabetics have small amount of carbs and more veggies.
