A Dragon and Spiders for Halloween

After showing a few other photos of the Halloween decorations on Balboa Island in Newport Bay, I mentioned how one home had a giant spider. This year, they apparently got rid of the giant spider and replaced it with a giant dragon and a few big spiders. (See the picture)
To make it even spookier, the dragon and spiders have heads that move!
I'm sure that the kids who go to their house on Halloween evening will be suitably excited by the wonderful decorations.
I'll show a few more photos this weekend, too.

No, people around here would rather have their skeletons hanging from the trees, and their big "R.I.P. Tombstones sitting around in their yards. LOL

Cool picture! I do not decorate for Halloween. I love fall decorations though such as hay bails, pumpkins, gourds, squash's, and mums.

@DeborahDiane I am not much into spiders, spider webs, and skeletons hanging from the trees.

I didn't either. I just enjoy looking at the ones other people put up.

Now that shows imagination having spiders like that with moving body parts! I don't like Halloween enough to decorate just for that. Labour Day weekend I begin putting up our autumn decorations, and add to it as the weeks go by. I love the various coloured pumpkins, squash and gourds that I put out a few weeks ago. But it will soon be time for that to come down. We take it down as gradually as it all goes up. So over the course of the next week or so it will be coming down.

I think you are smart to take it slow when you decorate!

Since I live in a retirement community, no kids come here. We didn't put out any decorations, either.

Many people lost decorations in the winds, but the wind wasn't too strong at the coast. We lucked out!

I agree! I was surprised how little wind there was when we got to Balboa Island!

This house is absolutely covered with things, top to bottom. It is amazing!
