What do you think of Yoko Ono's singing?

We all know the Beatles broke up because of this woman. John Lennon Divorced his wife because he fell in love with this lady named Yoko Ono. We know John Lennon loves Yoko so much that he wrote a song about her. John Lennon's songs Woman and All my life were both dedicated about her I think.
I dont know but after hearing her sing, I already realized why the member of the Beatles don't like her. It also makes me realized that just because a person is talented, It doesn't mean he will marry someone as talented.

Singing? That is hardly an appropriate word to use for the noise that Yoko Ono makes.
This is a common occurrence, with Linda McCartney being another good example. Once they have been established as known thanks to their spouses, it is easy to continue and still make far more money than you or I will earn, so these people will certainly continue.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I had the misfortune to hear her a long while ago, but I never expected her to be a singer. After all, if you had married Kiri te Kanawa it would not made an excellent singer of you.

Yup that is Yoko Ono, the woman John Lennon fall in love with. I wonder if she sang for him once.Her performance on that video may have something to do with her age, she is already 80 something.

I discovered her "singing" after finding out she is also a "musical artist" on a documentary about Beatles. I got curious because Japanese music from the 1970's is actually good so I expected her to be good because she is active in the 1970's and she is married to a talented man.

@CaptAlbertWhisker She's not your typical Japanese woman - at least from that time. I believe she came from a wealthy family and she really lived the life as an artist not following the mainstream. Maybe she has some kind of music talent - I think she took piano lessons when she was very young. But I don't know if she's ever taken any singing lessons!

@much2say Maybe she got sent to Africa as a kid and got singing lessons from Hyenas.

It still makes Rebbeca Black and Autotune Free Ke$ha sound like Whitney houston on her prime. There are more Japanese singers who deserves more fame global attention than her. She got more famous though just because she break up a band.
She had a son with John Lennon and Thankfully he is talented.
